Beginning Cross Stitch

Come learn all about cross stitch so you can feel confident stitching and filling your home with beautiful needlework!  In this beginner level class, you will learn all the basics to get you started.  You will learn about the different types of floss and fabric, the various notions and tools available to stitchers and the different methods for cross stitching.  Once we have covered the basics, our goal is to complete two small cross stitch projects – one on Aida cloth and one on linen.  If time allows, students will choose one of their completed projects to finish as a flat finish.
